Join Our Team
We would like to invite you to join "Team Heart Throbs" for the 2010 Harbor walk. Our team has had the honor of being the number one fund raising team for the past two years and we are looking to go three in a row. With your help and dedication, last year we were able to raise over $35, 000 dollars. These funds were used to establish a new "Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant Patient Support Fund" as well as to support important research and education in the areas of heart failure and transplantation.
Our program at Tufts Medical Center continues to be a leader in the New England Region for both heart transplants and ventricular assist devices. Tufts Medical Center's Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant Center has pioneered innovative inpatient and outpatient therapies for patients with heart failure for over 20 years.
Please bring your friends and family and join us for an exciting and fun-filled day on Sunday, June 13th all while helping to raise funds for the Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant Center! All monies raised by our Team will come directly back to support our program.
